Ive been on the plan for about 4 mos, lost almost 100lbs, been doing great overall. Had a few setbacks, like everyone else who's human, but im feeling great about the program overall.
My main question right now is that Ramadan, which is an Islamic holiday, where we spend a month of fasting during daylight hours, is coming up next month.
As this is my first year, I would like to know if anyone else has been on the program and how they dealt with this or at least a similar issue where a religious obligation arises.
