I am having a hard time here. Like yesterday I was watching myself in the mirror during my workout class, and I was thinking to myself.."wow jen, you are really looking good!!" I was impressed with the way I looked for once in a longgggg time. My scale wont budge though, it jumps 179 to 177 to 179.5 to 177.5 to 174 to 177. I dont get it!! My dad asked so where you at these days on the scale I told him and he said you look less that that by far. I know they say inches is better compared to "weight". I also went on a 40 mile )YES 40 mile bike ride on saturday and you would think the weight would go down!! I have been working out 4-5 days a week. Im sorry i just wanted to vent a little!!
I just keep getting stuck on the scale number when I know its the overall inches and weight.



) Are you eating enough? If you are working out as much as you say you are, and not taking in enough calories, your body could be going into starvation mode, and holding on to every ounce of fat you have. Something to think about. 

Hahhaha...But that was the BEST opening sentence ever! "Why do I look like I weigh less than I do!!"
Isn't that good? The scale will catch up!
