Monday Menus - August 25th

  • Love the menu threads -- I'll start today's.

    BF - ezekeil cereal, ff milk, 1/2 banana
    snack - peach
    Lunch -- salad with roasted chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers and cukes.

    snack - whole wheat pretzels and mango salsa

    Dinner- core mashed potatoes, peas, pork chop

    snack - pudding with oranges

    I'll fill in the rest of the day as it goes!

    D-Diced Ham with red beans & brown rice

    sn-fruit & FF plain yogurt

    Supper-Balsamic veggie & pasta salad[Cherry tomatoes,black olives, ww penna pasta,capers shredded lettuce & balsamic vinegar]

  • Breakfast: 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal made with 8 oz skim milk, raisins (1 point), cinnamon

    Lunch: 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese, 1 cup ww rotini, smart balance light (2 points)

    Dinner: Chipotle Chicken Burrito bowl with cheese (3 points)

    Snack: Popcorn
