
i only record/count my weight on the first of the month but check once in awhile (ok ok mostly every day) and after being STUCK at 234/235/234 up and down for 3 freaking weeks..................it was 233 yesterday and 232 today.

232 232 232..................WHOOOOOHOOOOOO!

i am a convert to calorie counting for life!!!
still exercising like a manic and drinking water like a camel loading up for a desert hike.
work this weekend will be odd. we change teams (where we sit and who we report to and sometimes hours/days we work) tomorrow and i only work 3 days instead of 4. all good things as i am going back to supervisor i do well with but still changes in routine are hard!

GOOD GIRL...! have you lost those 24+ pounds since May??? i just started counting calories and i am around 260 right now, so i would love to know ANY advice you could give ME to help MY scale MOVE!
