he thinks it was due to me not eating enough food....
so now every meal time im having him trying to get me to eat more....
or a massive blown argument about what i am eating....
how do you deal with situations like this?....
ive tried to explain i am eating enough....
im not starving, i never feel overly hungry anymore....
but i think three rounds of toast with beans and cheese on is plenty for a meal?!....



In all seriousness though, he's probably just worrying like parents do. Try explaining your weight loss plan to him in detail, what you're doing, why it's healthy... eventually it will stick (hopefully!
