Billy Blanks Boot Camp Elite Workout

  • I am doing the Billy Blanks Boot Camp Elite workout.

    This is my second day doing the workout. I am trying to make it through all 4 weeks.

    Monday - Mission 1
    Tuesday - off
    Wednesday - off (was way too tired not getting any sleep)
    Thursday - Mission 1
    Friday - I am supposed to take off but I want to do the workout to get back into the schedule set for this.


    I have lost around 8 pds so far without wating soy or anything with soy or MSG in it and that is without working out. I want to see what I can lose with working out.

    I'll keep all of you updated here. Is anyone else doing this by the way?

  • i got those dvds a couple of days ago, and i tried it for the first time yesterday. i didn't get all the way through it because the intensive stretching and loooong warming up was trying on my patience...i remember still being in the stretching phase after 12 minutes, and i had already fast fowarded it twice. i'll give it another chance when i have more time and am feeling more patient..maybe i will end up liking it.
  • Are we doing the same ones? The stretching phase wasn't that long at all and he went into the workout. I know he has different DVD sets out there though.
