How do you count something

  • that shows up right on the line on the food slider thingy
    so
    I have bread
    70 cal.
    1 fat
    and less than 1 fiber

it shows up right on the line between 1 and 2

my tendency is to count it as 1.5
    but what say ye all

  • I believe the rule is that if it is exactly on the line that it is in fact the higher point. So on the line between 1 & 2 would count as 2 points. This is how I count it.

I double checked those figures, though, and saw that the line is actually just very slightly under the line between the two points. I triple checked on my Points Calculator (which I highly recommend) and it says 1 Point.

So that food is 1 point.
  • YAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY 1 point
    excellent

where do you get hte calculator thingy????

  • I bought mine at my meeting site. I believe it's about $10. I honestly think it's easier than dealing with the Points slider. Especially since sometimes the foods I've eaten have a higher fat content... or more calories Like if I'm dealing with recipes or something. Plus it fits in a pocket.
  • oh great thank you
I just found one online that I can use for now and will get the other as soon as I can
    thanks
