I just started 3 weeks ago and I've lost 10 pounds. I don't give a fig if it's water or fat or whut. It's off and with the help of God, maybe I can shed some more. The plan calls for me to limit my carbs to 30 a day and I'm doing that relativley easy these days. It just feels so good to not be a carb junky right now. Of course, it doesn't hurt that once in a while I can have an incredibly decadent treat like I had last night... 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream mixed in the blender, 1/2 packet of splenda and 1/4 cup of fresh strawberries. Man, this is living!!!
Are any of you following a plan or are you just nonspecific low carb?
