Needless to say after doing well lately I came down with a crash (literally) tonight after a sugar binge.What do yall do to avoid the binges? Anything to make the crashes less harsh? (Lol.. I know the real answer is to just not eat it, but that seems so hard right now). I was talking to my friend and she sent me a link to a shirt that says "Sugar coma... Be Back Later"! (It won't let me put links in bc I'm too knew- worried about spammers I guess- if you want to see the shirt its at nosheeping. com) I laughed so hard... totally the story of my night sadly.
Do you do anything to get out of the haze? Just caffeine?
