    i weighed in yesterday morning....
    140.2....
    weighed in this morning....
    139.7....
    i have finally reached my original goal of 140....
    after 3 years of trying....
    what makes it even better is that im even now in the 130's....
    there ent many more decades for me to go....
    im *STILL* on cloud 9....
    just smiling and smiling and smiling....
    woop 126 - i can make it!!!....
    yey! <-- sorry its happiness and relief....
