I was stuck at a plateau so I had the center change my plan from Plan 1 with lites to Plan 2 without lite. They added an extra starch, fat, dairy and celery. I have followed the plan perfectly for one week and have lost nothing. I know I should always think I am going to loose....but usually I do. Did anyone else struggle with these plans? Could it be that my body is just adjusting to the new food?
Please any help would be great.

Have you tried doing a Take Off? You could be adjusting to the new diet slowly, but I'm a little skeptical.. What are you doing when it comes to physical activity? That also has a big part in losing/not losing...
I know it is hard being stuck and its harder the more you lose, the slower it comes off! Keep your head up, you will get there!
