So I've been browsing this forum, and I have to say that it's really inspirational. The perseverance of some people is so amazing. So I've decided to start my first mini-goal, to go from 213 to 199.
I've always kind of given up before attaining any long-term results, but seeing people who lose 30, 40, 50, 100 pounds through months and months of hard work makes me believe I can do it too. Thanks for the inspiration and continue the hard work!
