work it out girl! Shock your body! Are you keeping a food journal to see if there are any hidden things that can be sabatoging your efforts? Sodium, sugar, snacking, etc?!? Be aware of every morsal that goes into your mouth and how you feel when it goes in...do you feel sad, depressed, happy, stressed, bored...etc! Remember if hunger isn't the problem then food ain't the answer!!! I love that!!!! I know you have been working out and doing the 30 day shred...what else are you doing...walking? cruches? still doing push ups? Up your water intake....take a vitamin....go walking for 20-30 mintues.....I bet if you really stay on plan all week with eating and maybe add some walking and up the water and take your vitamins you'll lose 1-1.5 lbs this week!
