I reached my 10%....

    It took me 6 months to be exact, but its all good.
    I've lost a total of 18.8 pds, reaching my first 10%.
    I gotten compliments and my clothes fit me so much better.
    I am happy....

    Now on to my next 10%....
    I couldnt have done it without this board....

    I felt the same way when I reached my 10%. The people on 3FC's are great! on the next 10%! YOU DID GREAT!!!!!
