So, for those of you that don't know me, I'm back after a hiatus of overeating and not sticking with my program. I originally lost almost 22 lbs. back in March and gained almost all the weight since the last time I was here. So as of last thursday I am down from 271 to 263.8lbs.
7.2 Lbs Lost!!
I feel less bloated, on track, focused and determined. Hope this provides some inspiration to newbies and those of us who got off track and are trying *again* to stick with it.
