Since no one has started a challenge yet, and this should actually be the first day of the challenge, I will make it something that doesn't have to be a full 7 days.
Let's try to get in at least 3 days of exercise, and also 3 days of core, using no more than 3 points per day(on the 3 days of core portion. You can use more than 3 points a day on all the other days, but only use 3 or less points for at least 3 days).
Is anyone up for this?


DVD every other day (or go to gym) and I'll do Core with only 3 points for 5 days of the week. (Did I say that??)
