That's me falling off the healthy eating wagon this weekend. I am so mad at myself. The scale will not be friendly tomorrow. I am so dissapointed. Now I'm left feeling nasty and crabby today trying to fight ever urge I have to not eat everything around me.

It's okay! So you slipped up, you'll do better starting now! Do not eat everything around you. You will survive this bump in the road. Just keep moving forward, we all have slip ups along the way, the difference between those who continue on and those who stop is they don't let one mistake derail them.

I slipped up this weekend too, because of a friend's wedding. I ate junk food a bit these past two days. But I'm looking forward to a good long walk today and a healthy dinner. One bad weigh in is not the end of the world!

Heck.. I don't fall off - I jump! With gleeful abandon! Sometimes I just gotta do it - I don't beat myself up for it, I just start over the next day.

I faced the scale this morning and the scale won. I am up 3.2 pounds. HOLY S%*T. You play you pay I guess.

This made me chuckle. I did jump this weekend. I kept jumping all weekend was the problem.
