Also I know there are at-home exercise DVDs and things like that that incorporate the baby into the actual exercise (using their weight as resistance, etc.). I love that idea for you because it promotes bonding as well. Also, you're subconsciously instilling good fitness habits into your baby!! If she starts her life seeing Mommy doing exercise and it's fun, maybe that will continue into her adult life, as well.
You say that you're home all day...why don't you take some opportunities during the nice weather to take the baby out for walks, to a park, etc. A lot of gyms (I don't know if you're a member of one) have mommy/baby classes. I know that some that I've been a part also offer mommy/baby classes for NON-members that you pay for without having the get the full membership -- that's an option as well.
Do you have any friends that have small children/babies that are also stay-at-home moms/dads? Maybe you could team up with them to try to stay active?
I love some of your ideas! The thing about being outside, is that i live in south carolina and it is extremely hot during the summer months. I take my daughter swimming for an hour which i do use her to work out. But i will definately look into some dvd's that use my daughter to help me work out
