
However, I plan on keeping on with the portion control AND exercise albeit quite different than I have been doing. Instead of 30-45 mins of intense recumbent bicycling @ 14-16 mph, I'll be logging in a 5 mile walk around our lake everyday (@ least I hope to, providing the weather is cooperative). I'm not real sure if the walk will provide the desired effect, but at least I won't be just sitting on me bum the whole time.

Anyhoo, tomorrow we head North & may The Force guide me in my choices and watch over me ! Enjoy peoples ! I'll be thinking bout youse whilst splashing around in the lake .... maybe.
