I was gone a bit and just got back. I want to make a real strong commitment to my goal of losing 30lbs.
To be successful in this I really need a support group. One I can enourage and get encouragement from. These boards so far have been good.
But, can you tell me how to make the most of these boards to really get the support needed. Should I stay in featherweights? or do I go in weight support? There's so many different areas to be in. I guess I'm getting lost.
I hope I make sense.
