I'm a 42 year old Mom with about 20 pounds that I'd like to be rid of.
I hung out on 3FC last fall (mainly Featherweights and Support forums), and managed to shed 12 pounds. Then I got cute and figured it could go it alone. Well, 5 of those 12 crept back on over the winter/spring, and another 5 hit me like a ton of bricks (literally!) over the course of our summer holidays. I'm so annoyed at myself, but trying to not get stuck in that negative mindset. I know I have to feel the love in order to successfully shed those pounds. That will get easier as I have some success, but right now I'm just mad.
I'm planning to do calorie counting, with Bob Greene's Best Life Diet principles tucked in around that.
