My husband has been reading the book about the super foods. We have started trying to use them. I bought some soy yogurt today. The list of super foods posted above said for soy to eat 15 grams a day. This container of yogurt (4 oz) said 113 grams. If I ate the whole container ~ would that be my soy for the week, or would I eat it just a spoonful a day?
