Being from Italian ancestry, my fav type foods tend to be Mediterreans. I love tomatoes, olives, oregano, basil, Greek kalamata olives, pasta, well, you know all that kind of thing.
Wanted to share with you ( but perhaps you may have been doing these for years anyhow ) what I made yesterday that came out really well, had very low points on WW and was super fast, healthy and yummy.
Took whole grain low carb wrap ( made by The Tortialla Factory - 80 calories per wrap ). added some white organic beans, one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, some basil and chopped tomatoes. wrapped it up and voila !!
Tasted great and just my kind of thing.
