My 1st mini met!! Now, for #2

  • My first mini-goal was to lose 10% of my total amount needed to lose, which came out tyo 3.5 lbs. I met that last week! My next mini is to lose 10 lbs. I'm three pounds away, so I plan to do this within a week!

    Congrats to all of you who are meeting your minis. I think mini-goals are an awesome way to get to the end results.
