I have met my 15 pound goal and I can't wait for the the 20. I am a little concerned because sprained my ankle last week hiking. I made the 4.6 miles but the last 2 was very slow and cut into my cardio. I just got the Bosu trainer and cant wait to use it. I'm going to wear my brace and go for it. The pain and swelling is gone so I think I'll be ok. Just wanted to share my good news.
