Hello all,
Well, I've lost about 4lbs since I started here, and I feel like I am starting to notice a few things in my body! Everytime I do the workout video I can do it better and better, but more than that... sometimes I feel like I see things happening with my body!
It's only been 4 pounds, so I think I'm nuts! But it might be a new, more positive overall outlook since I have been eating right and exercising that is giving me a different perspective.
How long was it before you started to feel/look different?

im a pretty optimistic person...i've only been exercising properly again for about 3 weeks and today i was like "wow, my legs are looking good!" I think its natural, and a good thing, you feel better not only because you are eating better and taking care of yourself, but because perhaps you are finally doing something about an issue that has been on your mind for a while. Or at least that is how it is for me ^_^
