Hello, I've been getting all my ducks in a row to begin the south beach diet once again. i've been successful for a time there, and will do it again..HOWEVER, as I do my research, and read all the different losing weight plans, I'm not sure I see all that much of a difference.
My personal plan was to do the so.beach, for the first month or so..and then fall into a weight watcher point system..from what I'm reading, I'm not sure I know the difference between:
Dr. Phil...(I have his cookbook)
Weight Watchers (I have their cookbook)
L.A.Weightloss (I have their cookbook)
Does this ring a bell...am I the only one?...nah..couldn't be.
But I don't see much of a difference as far as what I can eat,and what I can't.
Other than one being low carb.in the beginning..and then adding fruit/carbs later on(s.b.) After phase one, don't they seem all very similar, and can't we then use all of them interchangably?
Anyone else notice this? Or am I missing something? Many thanks...of course
