Hi ladies, well I finally took the plunge and looked up to see what I could find for "Over eaters" sites. This looks like the perfect place to vent and learn. Girls I really need to learn some tricks here to get started on loosing weight before I end up in a prone position and no one to help me back. If you know what I mean.

I am 72 spent my entire adult life being tall thin and svelt...and now am topping 200# ...unbelievable, but sadly believable when I want to put on something nice, or glance in a mirror. Oh lordy do I ever need help!1
