    It's similar to the 5 lb challenge in Chicks Up for a Challenge. But, since we are all Featherweights I thought it would be more realistic for us.

    Going below 120 will be a HUGE psychological boost for me, as I've only done it once before in my adult life (and I only maintained it for two weeks that time).

  • Taurie, what a great idea! I know I'll probably never win a 5lb challenge on the regular forum. I think the last one took only 2 days! Right now I'm at a plateau because I just started weight training, so I know I'm stuck for a little while!

  • I'll join in; the last time I weighed myself I was 111lbs but I will wait until tomorrow morning to post my "official" starting weight for the challenge.

    Sunday it will be a week from my 20th birthday, so I am hoping to leave as many pounds as I can in my teenage years!! (Doing it the healthy way, of course )
