This is my first post to any forum ever, so please forgive any mistakes I make.
I am a working single mom to a 16 year old daughter. Since quitting smoking 6 years ago, I have gained over 100 lbs. I've started diets in the past but never stuck with them for more than I few days, so I'm hoping that with your support this time will be different. I'm going to follow south beach and try to walk at least 3 times a week to start with. I am very out of shape.
