On vacation

  • I am doing TERRIBLE with eating We have free breakfast for the week and its eggs, pancakes, waffles, muffins, sausage, bacon, biscuits and strawberries... THAT IS IT!!!! We are also eating out for lunch and dinner and well I haven't been making the best choices. I need someone to kick my butt back in gear when I get back on Sunday lol
  • I think eating well on holidays is probably the hardest, harder for me than Christmas because my mindset just isn't there.

    You're probably more active then you are at home so hopefully that will help balance things out a little!

  • I hear ya...I just got back from 10 days vacation and eating was a BIG issue. I think I only made a handful if that of good choices!!!!
  • My suggestion for the free breakfast would be a small portion of eggs, and the side of strawberries. It would keep you around 300ish calories, and contain both carbs and protein.

    Just because the pancakes and muffins are there and free, doesn't mean you have to eat them!
