I'm 32, and chillin' at about 182 lbs. I am lazy and I like to eat.
) I previously got up to about this weight, but then lost about 40 lbs on weight watchers, mostly just through diet control, not much exercise at all.I want to lose it again. I want to be healthier. My friends are all doing Body For Life, which is very exercise intensive, and I know there's no way in heck I'm going to do that!! lol... have to be realistic, right?
Anyway, hope I'm welcome back to start over. I think I'm going to take my happy butt back to WW tomorrow.
