Haven't posted on here in a while, things have been crazy. I have never really had trouble losing weight, however, I recently miscarried, and I am just finding it so hard to get my motivation back.....My husband, being the super supportive guy he is, suggested nutrisystem, even though it is a little pricey for us...Either way here's the deal I want to lose 15 (20 would be great too) so I just ordered on 28 day plan, to see how it works. We have a wedding Aug 30, so i am hoping to have made some progress by then. Can any of you offer tips to help the program along? Ie exercise, did you drink alcohal on it? etc. Any advice or support you could offer would be so appreciated.

I think you will really like Nutrisystem. It has worked wonders for me. There is a thread named Nutrisystem Buddies 2008...check it out, would love to see you post there. There are lots of tips to help you.

I'm only starting my 5th day on nutrisystem, so I'm not an expert, but I have been searching the Nutrisystem forums with questions similar to yours. Here are the general answers I've found.

-People get the best results if they completely cut out alcohol for the first month.
-Exercise is always good! (and NS adds it to the program by week 3)

I've been following the program to the letter for 4.5 days and I've lost 4.2 lbs--it's easy and it works.
