    Hello -

    A little about myself...

    I am married with a 16 year old son and I am TIRED of being FAT!!! I am tired of buying bigger clothes, sweating profusely when I walk (very embarassing ), being out of breath if I exert myself in any way and my knees hurting! I am hoping that by joining on here I will be able to be encouraged and encourage others.
