Hi, anybody on Slimming World? I can't afford the meetings so won't be going to them but my auntie said it worked really well and has sent me her books though i'm not really sure how this diet works. Is it easy to stick too? Can anybody give me idiots guide instructions and any experiences, opinions, comments etc, are most welcome?
