Hi there!! I'm glad I found this site!! Seems like most everyone is very nice and helpful. A quick intro and a little about myself
I am 25 and a stay at home mom of 2 little ones (girl 3, boy 2) I'm not new to dieting by any means. Before having kids I did Atkins and lost about 20 lbs until we started trying to get pregnant. After having kids I counted calories and worked out like crazy to lose 30 lbs and then just couldnt lose anymore. My body kinda went crazy and I couldnt get enough sleep, my hair was falling out, and I was miserable. Thats when I was diagnosed with postpartum hypothyroidism.
So now I am doing South Beach since I have read that that is good for people who have thyroid problems. For the first time since losing that initial 30 lbs I am finally losing again YAY. I'd love to lose another 20-30lbs. Oh and I am still working out 5-6 days a week.
