How does your nutrition breakdown? I mean do you eat a protein at each meal? Do you stay away from carbs in the evening?
I think I REALLY struggle with "hoarding" my points. SO I feed myself the least point costing items all day, which leaves me feeling desperate and shaky by 5, which then results in my eating impulsively and HUGELY.

I am hoping you guys can counsel me in how a typical days meals would look. Cause I am not sure.
And what are some good protein choices?
