  • Hi Gang! Time for a new thread. Anyone and everyone is welcome to post and get motivation from this thread!

  • Today I did my lower body bowflex workout. Then a 3.25 mile jog.
  • Did 22 minutes on the eliptical, then some weights.
  • I took a fairly rigorous bike ride with my family while pulling a toddler in the trailer. I also went swimming, but I was holding said toddler most of the time so I can't really call it exercise. Tomorrow I hope to do pilates and the treadmill. We'll see!
  • Today I did

    Squats 3x12-oly bar
    Lunges 4x10-bodyweight
    Bicep curls 3x12-30lb ez bar
    Barbell row 3x12-30lb ez bar (last set could only do 10)
    Tricep dips 3x12-bodyweight
    Bench pushups 3x12-bodyweight

    30 mins on the elliptical.

  • Oh, sorry. The olympic bar only. It's about 44 lbs w/out weights.

  • Walked 1 mile
    Did all the leg machines at the gym (2x @ 30 reps) with 2 minutes at treadmill in between machines.
    Approx 1.5miles walked in total. About 1 hour at gym
  • Yesterday I did 30 mins on the elliptical....I wish I could have done more but my 7 year old split his forehead open when he fell off the trampoline. Fun times at the ER, yuck!

    Today I am doing:
    20 mins elliptical - check
    10 mins free weights for upper body - check!
    10mins AB workout - check!!

    I'll come back and check them off as I do them!
  • i did watp 2 miles yesterday and today.
  • 20 minutes on the elpitical, and then weights. Man, I wish I could wake up in the morning to do this instead of cramming it in after work...

    Today I did upper body bowflex

    Then Leslie Sansone Walk & Jog
  • Walked 1 mile
    Did all the arm machines at the gym (2x @ 30 reps) with 2 minutes at treadmill in between machines.
    Approx 1.5miles walked in total. About 1 and 5mins hour at gym

    1st morning workout and I like it alot better!
  • I did my watp 2 miles and a 20 minute walk outside this morning
  • Today I jogged 3.25 miles.
