No plan really, just trying to better myself on my own I suppose. Trying to get back into the groove of exercising and just eat healthier than before is all.

I am a calorie counter, but that's not for everyone. Also, I am posting on the Beck Diet page too because I need help with how I think about food. For me, it is mind over matter.
