Vegan Boca burger on wheat bread and cheese, lettuce and ketchup, crackers w peanut butter = 470 calories
Wine = 200
Total = 1270
Exercise = Run 2.8 miles (340 calories),
25 mins of moderate yoga (100 calories)
1270 calories consumed
440 calories burned in exercise
net calories = 830
