hi everyone. i can't believe i'm back here. i joined years ago and reached my goal. the cheers i got were so satisfying! but guess what? i gained it back. why? well, the first 15 pounds were because i stopped doing what worked (WW). the second ten were because i broke my collarbone and couldn't exercise for six months.
so, here i am, ready to start again. i'm at 155 and my goal is 130. i just rejoined a new gym and i'm a maniac there.
