I weigh once a week and that's only because I'm part of "The Biggest Loser" competition here at 3FC. Otherwise, I'd do it once a month, maybe. I don't own a scale.
Thanks - I actually "borrowed" (OK, stole ) it from another 3FC member but forgot who it was, and haven't seen them lately, so I've never been able to thank them properly.
Thanks for your honesty everyone. I know ww says that weighing once a week is best, but I just can't help myself. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one!
