Needing Some support newbie

  • Hi!!!!!

    A small introduction about myself , my name is Marleny, i am 22, and trying to lose weight and be healthy. I currently lost 5 pounds ( *high five*), and i want to lose 50more pounds D: I am 5"4', and currently weigh 180 pounds. I use to be active, but after some college, and eating horrible,.....i got the way i am.
    I am still in college, but i want to look good before my 23 birthday, which is in march, ( my goal).

    I am looking for some nice exercise videos, any recommendations?

  • Welcome and good luck, well one of my favorite videos, (don't laugh) is richard simmons, I know he's really weird, but I like to see real size people working out, not just all size 2,

Check out fitnessmagazine.com and click on videos, they have a whole bunch of good little routines with step-by-step instructions that you can throw together to get a great toning workout (but not really cardio). I like them cuz they're pretty easy and I can do them in my apartment if I don't have time to go to the gym

  • Hey! I'm 21 and 219 lbs..It so hard! But I just started the 30 day shred dvd. and have tried plenty other but this one Its supper great its only 30 min. but you really fell it afterwards. Good luck
