For those of you who count calories...

  • What kinds of macronutrient ratio are you following and how well is it working for you? I've been having problems losing for the last few weeks and I'm wondering if I need to revamp my diet a little bit. I'm curious what percentage of carbs everyone is eating.

  • I eat 40% carbs and 30% protein and 30% fat. I follow a 1400-1500 cal diet. so far so good. no dramatic weight loss but i feel well and i don't feel like i am starving all the time.

  • My goal is 20% -25% healthy fat, 100 grams of protein and just let the carbs fall where they may!
