But I cheated twice. Last Thursday night, I had a whole wheat bun and a slice of cheese with my Boca Burger. On the 4th, I had a grilled chicken breast for dinner. It's weird to think of whole wheat buns and boneless, skinless chicken breast as cheating. 
I like the principal of this diet but found it a little tougher than SBD. I'm thinking I'll combine the two and work something out that I can live with.

Congrats on losing 3.5lb! I am on day 5 of detox and can't wait to do my first weight in. I hope I will have good news to post. If nothing else, I definitely feel better without eating all of that junk food. Other than having migraines for the first two days - the rest has been a breeze. I love eating fruits and veggies, especially this time of year when there are so many to chose from.
