    Ok there is a lot of cheese there.
  • Not enough veg on there Veggie, but you have written it all down, now that is a good start!!
  • You havent seen the amount of cauli Im gonna eat!
  • I want to see an A-Z of veg on tomorrows food intake !!

    Did you like my bullets yesterday I was quite proud of them? I did them the hard way but I'll do it the easy way today
    • Bf 2 slices of wholemeal toast
    • Din dins 2 veg hotdogs in bun salad mustard
    • Tea Aubergine and pasta gratin
    • Supper have bought some of those laughing cow things so maybe that on what???? (crackers)
    • Fruit during day
    • tasting of OJ at tesco
    • throat lozengers
    • laughing cow #just to try it#

  • Can someone devise a diet plan for me please not too much to ask that is it? Also could someone come round and cook it for me!!

  • Oh go on PLEASE???? for me???? Ok then it will just have to be a diet designed for me by someone go on whos voluntering???? If I can get everything from tesco that would be a help
  • OK here's goes although I can't promise a post every day cos I'm forgetful and busy....
    this is my day so far, will try and post again later cos I don't know what dinner will bring as yet, I really need to go shopping.

    1//2 cup skim milk...this does me for my tea during the day. 2 pts

    Lunch. Lean pocket 2 pts
    Trying to glug the six required glasses of water as well, but not enjoying so far cos it's cold outside...

    Ok then calorie queens what I basically have is a cal limit of about 1700 and in that I need

    2 slices of toast for bf

    mid morning banana

    lunchtime quick sandwich/similar

    afternoon fruit

    tea meal

    supper meal about 8

    Its a challenge! Can I get all that into 1700 cals or not? Then of course there is wine...HELP.
