Hi everyone! I just joined today. I started the sugar busters diet 1 week ago. 271/266/135 so i've already lost 5 lbs. I've got a long way to go but I'm determined. One day at a time right?? Hey just wondering if there's any substitution for corn chips? And is it normal to be going to the bathroom alot when starting this diet?
