Here I have come to finally admit that I can't do this by myself. It has taken years to get to this point.

Through several years of college, a bad relationship, & losing everything; I alone am responsible for where I am.

Now I am responsible for getting myself back to where I should be.

I am happy to have found this site and I wanted to take the time to say hello to everyone.

You sound like you're definitely ready to take this on! Have you found the 100 lb club yet? It's a wonderful, active, supportive group of folks who are losing or have lost 100 lbs or more.

You might also want to check out our support groups by age range, or by eating plan.

Wherever you settle, keep posting and stick around. Can't wait to get to know you better!

You are most correct that I'm ready to take this on. I haven't quite figured out which method if any I want to focus on, if any.

I may just outline and create a path of my own. However it gets done, it will be worth every moment as long as the way to get there did nothing but enhance my health and quality of life.
