Now a relative who is in a weight loss club with me told me there is no such thing as a plateau
Is this true?
I always believed that your body adjusted to decreased caloric intake then will plateau as a result.
All you can do is stick your tongue out at them & keep on trudging! Now I'm not an expert... a dietitian... or a scientist, but in my experience patience & determination will get you through. 
I have found a place where I can feel comfortable!!!
