I would like a play by play of the actual rny surgery like what happens during surgery and what they do and all the wonderful things about kinds of prep and tubes and all that kinda stuff.
I went to the library and found a book about weight loss surgery and it was dated 2004 but still seems to be really out of date. Anyone have a good suggestion on a book that really talks about all of it. I'm still way on the fence.

I agree, wls for dummies or go to youtube and search for whatever surgery you're having. I had a vsg and I know there's several videos of that so there's sure to be ones of the more common types.

There are lots of online journals to read if you have the time.
